Hi-Tenacity Nylon / DyneemaŽ 210d Ripstop:
Found in all upper side panels. Used in the 45L back panel and the majority of the 30L WorkSack and 30L GS.
This material is a 210d High Tenacity Nylon with a DyneemaŽ ripstop pattern. The DyneemaŽ is the white grid pattern. This material is also used in the lids.

Heavy Parachute Cloth SilNylon 1.9oz:
Found in all extensions Found in Lids and Internal Lid Pockets
The designers of this material use it to drop tanks and relief supplies from airplanes. We use this 70d Nylon impregnated with silicone on both sides to provide moderate self-healing properties and superior water resistance in the V3 Lids and Internal Lid Pockets.

Bare NWD:
Used in all NWD WorkSacks.
With a tear strength of over 260 pounds, the Bare NonWoven DyneemaŽ fabric is roughly 4.5 times harder to tear than 1000d Cordura at about 20% of the weight. The abrasion resistance of Bare NWD compares favorably with 330d to 420d Cordura. Due to the high tear strength, it is extremely difficult to make any holes larger.

Scrim NWD:
Used in high abrasion areas of NWD WorkSacks.
Taking the basic Bare NWD material, our custom made Scrim NonWoven DyneemaŽ kicks it up a notch in durability by adding a 200d Dacron face fabric to the laminate. Dacron's superior abrasion resistance, hydrophobic nature, and UV durability create a very light weight, extremely durable fabric superior to almost every other fabric on the market.

W/NWD:
Used in all Woven/NonWoven DyneemaŽ WorkSacks and packs.
Take the 260+ pound tear strength of our bare NWD and combine it with abrasion resistance equivalent to 11 oz vinyl, and you'll find yourself making our exclusive W/NWD material. With a face fabric of woven DyneemaŽ, CiloGear made a new material that's lighter than 210d pack cloth, yet stronger than any other material used in backpacks. The fabric is fully waterproof.
